Negative Worlds - 3 x YOKAI by Edmund Hardy

The people of this short film search for a world beyond this one. Should they study the industrial revolution, or turn to sci fi? Imagine magicians, or break down the doors they find themselves behind? These are fragments - ghosts or YOKAI - from the larger search in the longer film 'Negative Worlds' (forthcoming in 2020).

Edmund Hardy is a film-maker and writer based in London. His book Complex Crosses (2014) is an experimental work of philology. With Laurel Uziell he hosts the poetry and politics podcast 'Shed'.
